Helos Aviation Technologies focuses into several areas of business:
Precision Model Helicopters and the accessories required to support them, we will carry key selected items.
Electronic Prototyping tools and prototyping systems that we design and use, to include Analog circuit design, Microcomputer development, PCB Layout, and specialized instruments.
Specialized Mechanical System Design to include Robotics, Helicopters and UAVs.
We will expand within these fields in time and add to our business - building on foundations we are building now - the Model and Inspiration for our business is the company that Bill & Dave built, Hewlett-Packard, where I worked for 13 years, Linear Technology, where I am still working in Analog Applications, and by the Creative Design/Development environment created by Bill McLean at the Naval Weapons Laboratory at China Lake when he created the most successful guided missile ever - the Sidewinder! And by the system design influence I experienced by being in the US Army and working on the Martin-Marietta Pershing Missile Guidance System with its inertial Guidance Platform based on the ST-120 ( developed by the Redstone Rocket design team ) which later went on to become the ST-124 which took Apollo to the Moon http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ST-124-M3_inertial_platform. I was just a young soldier but my first work in electronics while working on the Pershing G&C System taught me how well designed systems worked and performed.
